  • Should the Landlord decide to proceed with your application you may be required to complete an online reference including a credit check. Any difficulties with this process should be discussed with us at the earliest opportunity.
  • If your application is successful you will be required to pay a reservation fee (security deposit) within 3 days and the first month's rent will be payable prior to move in.
  • Any requests to change decor or fixtures and fittings should be included in the Additional Information section.
  • Your information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. This form and any relevant information you provide or we become aware of, will be passed to the Landlord for them to decide your suitability.
